Function: Management of recurring or site-specific threats. Specifics: A small operational team (4-6 members) of a specialized MTF, permanently assigned to the Site and under your direct tactical command.

Logistics Support Team "Porters"

Function: Preparation and setup for the incoming MTFs. Specifics: A team of logisticians and technicians tasked with preparing accommodations, equipment, Vehicle, and supplies for any incoming Special Team.

Post-Action Debriefing Team

Function: Operational intelligence collection from returning MTFs. Specifics: A group of analysts and psychologists trained to conduct post-mission interviews to extract tactical data, evaluate performance, and archive new information.

Liaison Officer

Function: Operational coordination between the Site forces and the external MTFs. Specifics: An experienced operator who has a deep understanding of MTF protocols and acts as a human point of contact between your command and the host team's.

MTF Dossier Analyst

Function: Evaluation and selection of the most suitable MTF for a crisis. Specifics: An intelligence expert who maintains an updated profile on all active MTFs, knowing their specializations, success rates, and operational limits.

Function: Management and maintenance of the non-standard arsenal. Specifics: The quartermaster responsible for the "Caveau," the department's special armory. He knows the operation and maintenance rituals of every artifact.

Function: Supervision of the silting procedures. Specifics: An expert in the large-scale application of amnestics and in the creation of credible cover stories for MTF operations in civilian areas.

Communications Technician "Red Line"

Function: Maintaining secure communication channels with MTF Command. Specifics: A technician responsible for the integrity and security of the priority communication line with the Foundation's regional and global commands.

Operational Psychologist

Function: Immediate psychological support on the field pre and post mission. Specifics: A psychologist specialized in providing immediate pre and post-mission psychological support to tactical units (RRT and MTF), evaluating the mental fitness of operators for high-risk assignments, and developing mental resilience protocols against interrogations and psionic influences.

Advanced Tactical Coordinator

Function: Optimize the synergy among multiple operating teams in the field. Specifics: An MTF command veteran who does not act directly, but integrates into the chain of command to coordinate complex maneuvers between the RRT, the resident cell, and guest teams. This allows for combining the actions of multiple units for a single, devastating coordinated attack.

MTF Tactical Database

Function: Access to standard and non-standard operating procedures of the MTFs. Specifics: An encrypted database containing the known tactics, formations, and strategies of all major MTFs. Your tactical "encyclopedia."

Mission Reports Archive

Function: Analysis of past performance for future planning. Specifics: Full access to declassified post-action reports (AARs) of MTF missions, essential for predicting difficulties and optimizing strategies.

Departmental Assets (2/3)

Prototype Equipment Catalog

Function: Knowledge of new technologies developed by the Foundation. Specifics: An updated registry of experimental equipment undergoing testing, which may be requested for assignment to the resident cell or an arriving MTF.

Geopolitical Risk Forecasts

Function: Assessment of non-anomalous hazards in an operational area. Specifics: Intelligence reports on the political, military, and social conditions of a region, to prepare MTFs for conventional threats.

Tactical Scenario Simulator

Function: Testing operational plans against known threats in a virtual environment. Specifics: A software that allows to simulate an operation, using AAR data to predict the outcome of different strategies and optimize the plan before deployment.

Secure Network of Contacts (COMC)

Function: Maintain a stable communication channel with MTF Command. Specifics: Access to the network of officers and administrators of the Central Command of Mobile Operations (COMC) to negotiate and coordinate the deployment of assets.

Strategic Requisition Authorization

Function: To formally initiate the application process for an MTF. Specifics: The bureaucratic prerogative to compile and submit a formal Level-A request for the employment of a Strategic Asset, the first step in the chain of command.

Delegated Command Authorization

Function: Exercise tactical authority over a guest MTF in their own sector. Specifics: The power, once the MTF is deployed, to act as supreme commander of the operation, integrating the Site forces with the elite unit.

Function: Unlock and distribute the special equipment. Specifics: The authority to open the "Vault" and assign the anomalous or prototypical equipment contained within it to the resident cell or to other Site teams.

Function: Determine if the intervention of an MTF is necessary. Specifics: A procedural checklist to analyze a crisis and formally justify why the Site's resources (including RRT) are insufficient.

Secure Communications Protocol "Shield"

Function: Ensure the integrity of communications during operations. Specifics: The set of procedures (frequency changes, code words, electronic countermeasures) to protect communications from interception.

Welcome Protocol "Lighthouse"

Function: Managing the safe and discreet arrival of an MTF at the Site. Specifics: Standard procedures for guiding MTF transports, preparing a secure landing/arrival area, and escorting the team to dedicated accommodation.

Tactical Integration Protocol

Function: Harmonize command between local forces and MTF. Specifics: A series of mandatory workshops and briefings to establish a clear chain of command and common language between MTF leaders and Site security leaders.

Esoteric Equipment Vault

Function: To safeguard artifacts and non-standard technology. Specifics: A high-security vault that contains equipment too dangerous, unstable, or secret to be kept in the main armory.

Strategic Deployment Hangar

Function: Facilitate the arrival, departure, and maintenance of MTF transports. Specifics: A dedicated hangar not only for rapid deployment, but also for the maintenance and modification of the MTF's specialized Vehicles, such as VTOLs or APCs.

Portable Encrypted Command Terminal

Function: Maintain command and control even outside the CCO. Specifics: A rugged laptop with a secure satellite link, which allows you to access databases and communicate with COMC from anywhere.
