Function: Archive of all reverse engineering projects and prototypes. Specifics: A database containing the schematics, materials, and notes for every device analyzed or built by the department.

SPC Project Catalog

Function: Access to projects and technologies developed by other branches of the Foundation. Specifics: A collection of special projects (including the "Shark Punching Center" files) that can serve as inspiration or a basis for new technologies.
